西安交通大学管理学院长期面向海内外公开诚聘教师

一、招聘学科

战略管理、技术管理、项目管理、工程管理、营销管理、组织行为、人力资源管理、财务管理、经济学、会计学、创业管理、工业工程、运作管理、物流管理、管理信息系统、电子商务、运筹与管理优化、数理组织等。

   二、招聘岗位

管理学院向海内外诚聘以下四个类别人才:

1.  千人计划特聘教授、青年千人特聘教授、教育部长江学者特聘教授、管理学院特聘教授等高层次人才岗位

2.  领军学者: 针对40岁以上,资深教授级人物。

3.  青年拔尖人才

?  具有博士学位,一般40周岁以下,特别优秀者不超过45岁

?  具有开阔的学术视野,具有创新思维,具备成为该领域领军人才的潜质

?  在所从事领域已取得相对突出的学术业绩,为同龄人中的拔尖人才

4.  优秀青年教师:符合管理学院招聘要求的优秀海内外教师。管理学院以全新举措、优厚待遇诚聘海内外优秀青年教师。

 

   三、应聘条件

   应聘除应满足国家教师法和学校规定的教师基本条件外,还需具备以下条件:

   (1)具有或者即将获得国内外知名大学管理学相关专业博士学位,愿意全职来校。优秀青年教师年龄一般不超过35岁;高层次人才年龄不超过50岁,业绩特别突出或紧缺人才年龄可适当放宽;

   (2)在相关学术领域具有较强的研究水平和潜力,曾在本专业国际著名期刊上发表过学术论文,优秀青年教师应具有成为学术骨干的潜质,高层次人才应具有成为领军人物的素质;

   (3)能够用英文开设1-2门课程。

四、福利待遇

   学院将提供具有竞争力的薪资待遇和充足的科研启动经费。学院将视录用者的资历及岗位性质与任务,提供相应的福利待遇。

Faculty Position Openings in Management

XJTU is a member university of theChinese top nine leading educational institutions, the equivalent of the AmericanIvy League universities. XJTU has a long tradition of excellence ineducation, research and disciplinary strength especially in the fields ofnatural sciences and engineering and science.

Since 2002, the School has successivelyranked first place among management-related disciplines among China’suniversities according to China’s University Rankings releasedby the Ministry of Education.

To fulfill our mission, we are seeking to recruit scholars who have passion in management education and strong research capacity to join us. Employment criteria:

l  Applicants should have or expect to complete a Ph.D. from overseas universities in relevant management fields. Applicants should be under the age of 35 while applicants for senior faculty positions should be under the age of 50. Special age limit exemptions can be made for applicants with exceptional credentials.

Applicants should have strong research potential/track-record with published articles in international academic journals.

Applicants should be able to teach 1-2 courses in English effectively.

Remuneration:

The school will provide a competitive salary with attractive career start-up research grant. In addition, the school offers our faculty members with allowance to purchase local housing. Remuneration package will commensurate with qualifications and experience of the candidate.
