Qi Liu, PhD in Management, Associate Research Fellow, Master's Supervisor. He was seconded to the Department of Institutional Reform of the National Development and Reform Commission. Served as a think tank expert at the Provincial Department of Commerce. He has presided over/participated in more than 30 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Program, the National Development and Reform Commission Program, the Shaanxi Soft Science Program, and the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory Youth Academic Backbone Cultivation Program. He has published more than 10 papers such as Decision Support Systems, Information Systems Frontiers, System Engineering Theory and Practice, and System Engineering etc. Dozens of policy suggestions were submitted to government departments, some of which received important instructions. He served as reviewer of Knowledge Based Systems, Expert Systems With Application, etc. He was awarded the second prize of outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences in Shaanxi Province and other provincial awards in the first place.
