He has published more than 30 research papers in SSCI/ SCI index journals. Mohan worked for Sri Lanka Export Credit Insurance Corporation as Operation Executive Officer before joining academia. He undertakes applied research and consultant work for financial analyses, export-import businesses, and credit risk management.
