主讲人：万翔

学者简介：万翔，男，博士，现任美国俄亥俄州立大学费雪商学院副教授，终身教授，博导；主要研究方向：供应链管理。Decision Sciences Journal 副主编， Journal ofBusiness Logistics 编委，Strategic Management Journal， Production andOperations Management, Journal of Operations Management 等十余个国际顶级学术期刊审稿人。在SCI学术期刊发表十多篇学术论文。

万教授的科研领域包括产品和服务多样化管理，库存管理，供应链中的协调合作。他的科研成果发表在Strategic Management Journal, Production and OperationsManagement, Journal of Operations Management, Decision Sciences andJournal of Business Logistics, International Journal of Production Economics,Transportation Research 等国际知名学术期刊。

万教授被华尔街日报（Wall Street Journal）报道为12个供应链大数据应用的专家之一，其科研论文“Too Much of a Good Thing? The Impact of Product Variety onOperations and Sales Performance”被世界四大会计师事务所之一德勤（Deloitte）引用并讨论。

学者简介：曹雄飞，合肥工业大学管理学院副教授。先后获得香港城市大学哲学博士和中国科学技术大学管理学博士学位，美国华盛顿大学访问学者。近年来一直从事社交媒体等领域的研究工作，论文发表在International Journal of Information Management、IEEE Transactions onCybernetics、Information Technology & People等知名期刊，研究成果被国际同行广泛引用，累计他引超过200次。曾经担任Electronic Market 客座编辑及Enterprise Information Systems编委。

讲座三：Divergence of Opinion and Long-Run Performance of PrivatePlacements: Evidence from the Auction Market

学者简介：韩剑雷，男，博士，现任澳大利亚麦考瑞大学应用金融学高级讲师，博导，应用金融系博士项目负责人。博士毕业于昆士兰大学商学院，硕士与本科分别就读于中国人民大学和同济大学。主要研究方向：公司治理，微观市场结构。科研成果发表于Journal of Financial Markets, Economic Modelling, Pacific-BasinFinance Journal, Accounting and Finance等国际学术期刊。曾担任Journal ofBanking and Finance, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, International Review ofEconomics and Finance等学术期刊审稿人。
