Tianyu Zhang简介：

Tianyu Zhang,香港科技大学博士，香港中文大学商学院教授, 香港中文大学公司治理研究中心主任，擅长利用文本分析进行会计和金融方面研究。在TheAccounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Research, Journal of Accountingand Economics, Journal finance, Contemporary Accounting Research等国际顶级期刊上发表论文十数篇，同时长期担任The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Research, Journalof Accounting and Economics, Journal finance, Contemporary Accounting Research等期刊审稿人。Tianyu Zhang教授的研究兴趣主要包括文本分析、公司治理，资本市场和税。
