讲座内容:

Issues related to time and change have been looming large in current organizational research on such topics as performance, well-being, justice, and leadership. This talk will cover theoretical and methodological issues related to examining change, especially in micro management research. Theoretical issues may include how such an approach will make theoretical contributions above and beyond many current practices. Methods that can be adopted to examine change will also be discussed, including latent growth modelling and latent change score analyses.


报告人:李文东,现任香港中文大学助理教授,曾在堪萨斯州立大学担任助理教授,是组织行为学领域的优秀学者。李文东教授科研实力非常突出,研究领域涉及The antecedents and consequences of proactivity in three areas: leadership, work design, and career success, Role time, Leader development, Passion, and Mindfulness等。其多数文章发表在国际顶尖期刊上,如Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, the Leadership QuarterlyJournal of Organizational Behavior等,此外,他的著作也刊登在《经济学人》、《今日美国》、《每日电讯报》和《华盛顿邮报》等的媒体杂志。
