二、 海外优青

1. 申请条件

(1) 遵守中华人民共和国法律法规,具有良好的科学道德,自觉践行新时代科学家精神;

(2) 出生日期在1984年1月1日(含)以后;

(3) 具有博士学位;

(4) 在取得博士学位后至2024年4月15日前,一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位,且具有连续36个月以上工作经历;在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的,可适当放宽工作年限要求;

(5) 取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果,且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力;

(6) 申请人尚未全职回国(来华)工作,或者2023年1月1日以后回国(来华)工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作并全职回国(来华)工作不少于3年。

2. 相关待遇

五、 学校及学院简介:

西安交通大学是教育部直属重点大学,为我国最早兴办的高等学府之一,是一所涵盖理、工、医、经、管、文、法、哲、艺、教育、交叉等11个学科门类的综合性研究型大学。西迁以来,一代代交大人扎根西部、服务国家,为西部发展和国家建设作出了卓越贡献,以实际行动铸就了第一批纳入中国共产党人精神谱系的西迁精神。学校是首批进入国家“211”和“985”工程建设高校。2017年入选国家一流大学建设名单A类建设高校,2022年入选国家第二轮“双一流”建设高校,力学、机械工程、材料科学与工程、动力工程及工程热物理、电气工程、控制科学与工程、管理科学与工程、工商管理等8个学科入选“双一流”建设学科。据ESI公布的数据,截至2023年11月,学校19个学科进入世界学术机构前1%,5 个学科进入前1‰,其中工程学进入前万分之一。

管理学院始建于1928年,1984年12月恢复重建,是我国最早的管理学院之一。现有管理科学与工程、工商管理两个国家一级重点学科、国家“双一流”建设学科,拥有管理科学与工程、工商管理两个一级学科博士点和博士后流动站。2011年,学院正式获得AACSB国际认证,2016年、2021年通过AACSB维持认证。2016年,学院正式获得世界权威机构QS Stars 世界一流五星级商学院认证,成为中国商学院中首家获得此认证的学院。2022年,学院“管理科学与工程”“工商管理”两个一级学科继2017年后再次双双进入国家“双一流”建设学科名单。学院下设工业工程与运营管理系、管理科学系、信息系统与智能商务系、组织管理系、市场营销系、创新创业与战略系、会计与财务系7个系,拥有教育部软科学研究基地(中国管理问题研究中心)和中国改革试点探索与评估协同创新中心(与国家发改委联合成立)2个国家级智库中心。

Job Openings for the School of Management Xi’an Jiaotong University

I. Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program

  1. Application Requirements

· Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and observe academic integrity and ethics.

· Be born after January 1st , 1984 (inclusive) and hold a doctoral degree.

· By April 15th , 2024, have obtained a formal teaching or research position in an overseas university, research institution, or corporate R&D institution, with a continuous work experience of at least 36 months since the grant of a doctoral degree. For those who have particularly outstanding achievements, the work experience restrictions can be negotiated.

· Have acquired scientific research or technological achievements recognized by peers experts as a potential academic leader.

· Be currently based overseas or start full-time employment in China no earlier than January 1st, 2023. Upon receiving the funding notification, the applicants must have a minimum 3 years full-time employment in China. Simultaneously, the applicants must quit from current overseas positions.

  1. Benefits

· Be appointed as full professor and doctoral supervisor, exclusive doctoral and master student recruitment quotas, and unlimited postdoctoral quotas.

    • Title of Assistant Professor / Assistant Research Fellow,       eligible to apply for the title of Master's Supervisor.

    • Salary: Base annual salary of RMB 400,000 + approximately RMB 80,000       per year for social security and housing fund+ research and social       services income + contract task excess rewards+ other performance bonus.

IV. About School of Management, Xi'an Jiaotong University

As a national key university under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education of China, Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) is one of the oldest modern institutions of higher education in China. XJTU is one of the top universities in China. It was supported by the Central Government at the seventh and eighth five-year plans. As one of the first seven universities entering China’s “211 Project” and “985 Project”, XJTU is selected to be developed into a global first-class university.

Founded in 1928, and restored and reconstructed in December, 1984, the School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University is one of the earliest management schools in China. It is among the first batch of schools in China to offer the professional degree programs such as MBA and EMBA. It now has two national first-level and "Double First-Class" key disciplines,i.e.Management Science and Engineering and Business Administration, and doctoral program and postdoctoral research station of the above two disciplines.


In 2011, the school was accredited by AACSB and maintained AACSB Business Accreditation in 2016. SOM was the first business school in mainland China to be awarded with the five-star rating in QS Stars for Global Business Schools in 2016. Management Science and Engineering and Business Administration were both listed the national-level "Double First-Class” disciplines in 2017 and 2022 respectively.
