2) The Third Prize in the Teaching Competition of Xi 'an Jiaotong University in 2019.

3) The 18th "Teng Fei Cup" Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition of Xi 'an Jiaotong University in 2019, Title: "The Influence of web celebrity on Consumers' Buying Decisions", Members: Yu Tong Le, Liu Rue, Yang Maolin, Du Jianhong, Cheng Xiaobin.Team name: XJTU2018TF295, won the Third Prize;

4) Silver Award of the 16th Entrepreneurship Competition of Xi 'an Jiaotong University in 2017-2018.Participation: General Chinese Teaching "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plan for College Students", Group project: "Xi 'an General Language", members: Zhao Ke, Bian Kachen, Weng Shu, Xing Jin, Zhang Congjia, Jiang Chao, Lu Jing.

5) In September 2017, I guided students to participate in the 5th National Management Case Elite Competition held by the MBA Guidance Committee of the Ministry of Education and won the Champion.

1. Site Visit to Middle school:Give Lectures to 9middle schools in Beijing, Xinjiang and Shandong Provinces.

2. Research on the influencing factors and countermeasures of consumers' purchase behavior of "planned return" under the context of online shopping. Funding amount of 100,000 yuan, 2020-2022, ongoing, PI.

3. National Natural Science Foundation of China, Research on Channel Governance Strategy Based on Channel Organization Form, Project No. : 71472149, Funding amount: 650,000 Yuan, 2015-2018, completed, main participants;

4. Design and Operation Project of Corporate Control System of China Tobacco Henan Industrial Co., Ltd., 201410-202012, China Tobacco Henan Industrial Co., Ltd., main participant.

5. From September to October, 2019, selected by Xi 'an Jiaotong University for "Teaching Skills and Teaching Ability Training for Young and Middle-aged Teachers of Basic Courses and Core Courses in First-class Subject Construction", went to Singapore for 15-day learning, communication, training and research on teaching reform.
