赵玺,西安交通大学管理学院教授、博士生导师,“数据资产价值管理”教育部哲学社会科学创新团队首席专家,国家级青年人才,陕西省哲学社会科学领军人才,过程管理与效率工程教育部重点实验室副主任,陕西省医疗健康大数据工程研究中心主任,大数据算法与分析技术国家工程实验室中心主任,中国人工智能技术与管理应用研究会秘书长,运营管理顶刊Journal of Operations Management编委,IEEE Senior Member。
受聘“腾讯追梦计划特聘教授”和唐仲英基金会“仲英青年学者”,入选西安交大后备教学名师、“四个一百”老师和首批青年讲师团。开展全国首批“大数据管理与应用”课程体系、教学体系、实践教学平台建设,承担《大数据技术基础》和《互联网商业模式》等本科、研究生专业课的教学工作,编写出版《大数据技术基础》专业核心课教材。
发挥个人“管智交叉”专业特长,将前沿信息技术应用于新管科育人过程,积极探索实践“两融入、一机制、一模式”的创新育人举措,所培养的研究生因思路开阔、项目经验丰富、成果过硬,受到政府、企业界和学术界广泛欢迎,育人成效受到学校、社会积极肯定。
在Web3.0区块链平台经济、人工智能、大数据行为分析领域,联合电信、数理、软件等多学院导师,形成了一支特色鲜明的跨学科研究团队,在Web3.0区块链平台模式机制、海量用户行为数据挖掘分析领域逐渐取得世界领先的研究成果。先后主持国家自然科学基金管理学部重点项目“分布式智造服务平台模式与机制设计”、自科基金重大研究计划培育项目、陕西省重点研发计划-重点产业创新链项目、陕西省发改委创新能力建设项目等科研项目。近年共发表SCI、EI论文近百篇,区块链管理顶刊发表论文数量世界排名领先,代表性成果分别被刊登在JOM(运营管理 Top2)、ISR(信息管理 Top2)、TPAMI(人工智能 Top1)、TCybernetics、TKDE、TMC、TIFS等管理、计算机领域顶刊上,受到多名管理学顶级期刊编辑、IEEE 会士等国际著名学者的正面评价引用,其中“分布式自治组织运营管理”研究被运营管理顶级期刊主编评价为领域“奠基之作”,并受到国家自然科学基金委报道推广。先后获评多项陕西省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖、陕西省高校优秀成果奖及国内外学术会议奖。
自2017年起持续获取6条国际公用区块链亿级账户百亿级链上行为数据,建设国际商学院领先的Web3.0区块链数字资产平台数据仓库,被康奈尔大学、佛罗里达大学、华盛顿大学、清华大学、南洋理工大学等多所国际著名高校学者采纳使用。同时通过主办国内首届 Web3.0 运营与信息管理学术会议、PACIS 区块链工作坊等学术活动,联合本领域国内外顶级学者引领区块链管理新领域的发展。
积极在中铁一局、华为、OPPO、北京移动、山东联通、北京电网等企事业单位开展科研成果转化,多项智能行为分析算法、大数据治理平台、区块链平台应用于实际业务系统。团队建设了“城市地下空间大数据统一管理、集成交换平台”“运营商大数据分析关键模型”“Web3.0互联网用户行为分析及可视化平台”等行业领先的大数据系统、平台,获批发明专利17项、实用新型专利3项及软件著作权29项,产生了显著的社会经济效益。行为大数据分析模型被中央电视台综合频道“机智过人”节目专题报道,并获2024年“数据要素”大赛陕西分赛城市治理赛道一等奖。
