Bingxuan Lin教授简介：

Bingxuan Lin，佐治亚州立大学博士，现为罗德岛大学金融系教授、中山大学管理学院特聘教授。研究兴趣包括公司治理、公司并购、信息披露、分析师预测、风险管理、中国资本市场等。已在Journal of Corporate Finance、Corporate Governance: An International Review、Journal of Business Finance and Accounting、Journal of Empirical Finance、International Review of Financial Analysis等期刊发表论文30余篇。
